WHY WE SHOULD GO WITH WATER JET LOOM

Dear Viewers:
     Many are asking: what is the best machine to weave polyester related fabric.
     Well, definitely,water jet loom will take the credit, though many are complaining the water pollution issue.
     But, pls note CAR is producing air pollution....
     For every technology, GOOD always goes with NOT-GOOD. (RECENT ROBOT KILL WORKERS AT VOLKSWAGEN?)
     The point is that a possible way to work with water jet loom shall be maintained.
     So why we should go with water jet loom, the exact reason?

     Well, we can justify it in three points:
     1. Pretty Low initial investment for water jet loom machinery itself.
        Compared to more sophisticated machinery like Air Jet Loom or Rapier Loom. The investment for water jet loom is relatively lower to the point that the cost of one set of Air Jet loom or Rapier Loom equals 2 sets Japan-make water jet loom or even 6 sets China-make water jet loom.
        And this is only about weaving machine itself; another is also to mentioned that is PRE-WEAVING PREPARATORY like warping, sizing and TFO etc.
     2. Super-high Productivity. In terms of weaving, water jet loom is very suitable to weave polyester fabric in high speed and with different shedding like: plain, cam, dobby and Jacquard for versatile pattern design. In the meantime, water jet loom consumes less power compared to rapier loom and air jet loom.
     3. Lower Labor Cost.For most East-Asia countries,A shortage of skilled operator is headache, such as India, many weaving unit is closed periodically for shortage of operators. 
        Now with standard, easy-operation and high-efficient water jet loom, this problem is kind of solved.
        Water Jet Loom has very high working efficiency like 98%, it means less stop rate of machine. It makes it possible for one weaver to handle 6-24 sets of machines at one time; therefore labor cost is cut down.
     In Conclusion,if one is thinking to weave polyester related fabric, water jet loom is absolute the best choice.
